They have a pretty big fitness centre considering the size of the ship. A Spa, of course, with a Beauty Centre and the usual spa treatments. The expedition team, of which there can be up to 28 people, ranging from historians to botanists to experts in birds and wildlife and they hold briefings every day and give lots of different talks.
